The Highlands Housing Authority was established in 1953 and had been responsible for providing decent, safe, affordable housing and services ever since. Our current residents particularly appreciate our responsiveness to their needs and the the delicate manner in which we address them. Our specialty is in the area of housing low to moderate income families.
The Highlands Housing Authority consists of two developments. We have a family development, Jennie Parker Manor, which consists of 30 units and a senior facility, Ptak Towers, which consists of 95 units.
The mission of the Highlands Housing Authority is to assist the people of our Borough to obtain and maintain decent, safe, affordable housing and services suitable to their unique housing needs. In carrying out our mission, the HHA will provide leadership, maximize resources, and promote resident participation in implementing sound housing policies.
